• AnonymousI don't understand why you would disagree with feminists. It's simply about equality. It's a huge misconception that feminism is analogous with misandry. Additionally, feminism is not about victimizing women. Really. Women and men are equal, but in today's society they aren't treated as such. Perfect example: women still don't receive equal pay. Women only hold 4% of Fortune 500 CEO positions. It's just fact. Lastly, without feminism you wouldn't have the rights that you exercise today.
  • I don’t “disagree” with feminism; I just believe in expanding it. Just because females have more problems than males doesn’t mean that males don’t have problems too. I’m all for equality, which is what feminism used to be. It has turned into female superiority, from what I’ve seen, and that’s what I disagree with. I have respect for true feminists, but it’s hard to come by one these days. I’m not proud of being a female; I’m proud of being human and I support equal rights for all humans, which includes both males and females.

I admire the feminism movement and where it has brought us. I’m not trying to shit on the women who have progressed us to where we are. I just believe in expanding it in the western world.

Now, I would have a different opinion on feminism if we were talking about Saudi Arabia, Ghana, China, ect. But I personally do not feel oppressed in America, and I want universal rights for males and females. Because I like men, too.

Also, equality will never happen with the generations in power at the moment because these people are old and have held the same views their whole lives. That’s why there still isn’t equal pay. When they die off there will be. That’s my belief/opinion at least. And I don’t like double standards. I stare at guys and want to have sex with them, so why can’t guys do the same to me? I also acknowledge biology and the fact that naturally, women and men have physical and mental differences. I believe all people should be entitled to their own beliefs and opinions. I don’t believe in pushing yours on other people; only explaining. And I also don’t think pregnancy is sexist.

Feminism used to be magical, but it’s changed. It’s not the same. And I don’t like how it is represented in today’s western world.

And this doesn’t mean that I hate anyone with a different opinion than me!!! I respect anyone who has an opinion, even if it isn’t what I believe or how I see it.

I don’t want anyone to think my antifeminists posts mean that I hate feminists! I just disagree with them, but I strongly respect them for sticking to their guns and their opinions. Anyone who fights for what they believe in is a respectable human being whether or not they have the same views as you!
